FAST TRACK 
You’ve used the 22-Day program and you want more so you can lose more weight. Or you’re new to the program and you want to get started here and now. Great. The fast-track program is designed so you can get the most out of your meals and still lose weight as fast as you want to. Plant-based foods are so powerful, so full of nutrients, so beneficial for your body, your organs, your muscles, your skin—by eating plant-based for twenty-two days, you will revolutionize the way you look and feel and completely change your relationship with food and your body.
For each week of your 22-Day program, eat according to the plan below, choosing meals from the Level 1 Light or Level 2 Indulgent categories.


On 3 days, choose Level 1 meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No snack.
On 2 days, choose Level 1 meals for breakfast and dinner, and choose a heartier Level 2 option for lunch. No snack.
On 2 days, choose Level 2 meals for breakfast and lunch, and choose Level 1 options for dinner and snack or dessert.
LEVEL 1 = LIGHT
LEVEL 2 = INDULGENT
